13 years ago, Simas, the founder of “Don Simon”, heard the phrase: “The first 10 years are the hardest…”. Today, the biggest challenges are behind us, and our family restaurant in Žvėrynas has become a place where genuine flavors and sincere connections meet every day.
“We pour our hearts into making sure your meals are delicious and of the highest quality. Every morning, we personally visit the market to carefully handpick the freshest ingredients: from ripe tomatoes to seasonal berries.” – founder Simas.
By combining the bounty of sunny Italy with Lithuanian diligence, we have created a menu that blends authentic pizzas, handmade pasta, and a carefully curated beverage list.
